Am I able to print my own photos?
The short answer is yes you may if you have obtained an official print release form signed by Matt Wilson Photography. We do not hold you to printing photos primary through us however!, we do recommend it. We understand we may not always be able to provide prints as cheap as local competitors or corporations, but we do promise quality and satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any of your photos, we will refund you up to 30 days after delivery. As listed in the "Print Credit" page, we use professional photo labs that are not for use by the public. We have established partnerships and relations with these labs to provide you with a wide variety of products, at a lower cost, with high quality!
How much do you charge?
To start, this is a question that includes many different variables. Is the location local? How much time would you like to allot for the photo shoot. Is the location of the shoot hard to get to? (hiking?) If the location is not local (within 20 miles of Bennington, VT) Where will the shoot take place? What kind of shoot is this? A family portrait, a wedding, seniors? All of these questions help determine the quote and price I charge. For a general round about number I charge $115 an hour with print credit included. This quote is not guaranteed!

How long must I wait to see my photos?
We always tell our clients up to 2 weeks for a portrait or simple photo shoot, up to 3 weeks for a wedding photo shoot. We want to provide you with the best quality photos so we take the photos from the camera and tune them using professional equipment that is calibrated constantly. We also use this time to make any corrections, adjustments, or any special instructions requested by the client.
Do you accept credit/debit cards?
Yes, I do. I just recently took the jump to accepting credit/debit cards. I do not process them myself, I use other ways to have them processed for me so that I am not responsible for your information. The business I trust with this is Square. They are a big company that has had plenty of time and development in their product so I trust their judgement with your information. As always I do take cash and check as other alternatives.
What kind of products do you offer?
The easier answer would be what are you looking for? As stated above i've gone out to make relationships with various businesses to help provide high quality products to you. I offer prints in all shapes and sizes but also different finishes, and styles. I offer all kinds of custom printed products such as invitations or thank you cards. Canvas prints, printed albums, metal prints and endless possibilities!
What are "printed albums"?
Printed albums are books crafted and customized from start to finish. They are photo books that are made with various options depending on what application you are looking to do. These books are not as cheap as you may be able to get on other sites however our partner has many different options they do not offer such as different options for covers, papers, finishes, and one of the most important features, Lay flat. The albums crafted through MWP are lay flat meaning, when you open each and every page, the book lays flat, it has no crease, giving you the full view of each page. This feature separates it from the competitors!
Special Note: Anyone considering ordering a professional album should contact MWP asap if time is a important variable. Albums take a bit of time and deposits are due immediately before the design is started.
